A: Depending on the size of the home, it will usually take us 3 to 4 months from the time we start excavation until it is complete and ready for you to move in. Larger homes or the impact of varying site or weather conditions may require more time for completion.

Q: "What if we want to modify the floorplan....like moving walls or windows, or increasing/decreasing the square footage?"

A: Any floorplan - yours or ours - can be modified to suit your individual needs or tastes, free of charge.

Q: "What do you use for building materials?"

A: We utilize only the highest quality building materials and best construction methods in every home we build.

Q: "How much of an allowance will we get for things like light fixtures, cabinets, and flooring?"

A: Our allowances are very competitive, if not generous. And if you don't use up all of the allowance, you can apply the savings to something else, or take it off the price of the home. Call us for more information.

Q: "How do we get started...what's the first step?"

A: First, you will want to visit a mortgage lender to get pre-qualified, so that you can establish a realistic budget. After that, we can help you with the process of selecting the right lot and floorplan that fits both your budget and lifestyle. You can get some ideas from our selection of plans, or feel free to bring in your own plans or ideas.
